HISTORICAL BACKGROUND a road map to the creation of CDMD 

• The creation of CDMD is a tale of fate and faith, a strong leadership honed during the college years extending to the first affiliation to construction working as a project engineer at PROCTER AND GAMBLE PHILIPPINES. The task involves project construction on their product manufacturing facilities. The American style of management and construction cultivated the interest in technical awareness and management evolutions.

• The specialization on ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION came through an offer to become sales manager of special projects handled by FAR EAST MILLS CONSTRUCTION – then a popular distributor of US brand electrical devices, power and control products and electrical project installation. 

• A strong management skill led to an offer of an OPERATION MANAGER for an ENVIRONMENTAL company which worked to the establishment of a national project monitoring Philippines ambient pollution- a project funded by ASIAN DEVELOPMENT BANK in partnership with DENR.

• The collective experience led to another milestone offer working for the United States aimed to be a technical report writer and manage construction of pollution monitoring devices and system integration to large refineries and power plant in the WEST PART OF MAIN ISLAND and ASIA PACIFIC RIM of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

• Responding to the call of construction business in the Philippines, along with the collaboration work chances with professional family members, Spear headed the creation and launching of DENARCH CONSTRUCTION SERVICES – conned as DIZON-ENGINEERS-ARCHITECTS. Denarch’s business was focused on Farm development. Its association with HUALI – a farm supplier from China was integrated in its business core. The business took off with the site development for farm, business studies and strategies for swine and bird farming. Personal achievement involves planning and execution of GOAT FARM, COW and CARABAO FARM, DUCK AND FREE-RANGE CHICKEN FARMS, AQUATIC FARM FOR CROCODILE, EEL AND CREAM DORY. Denarch became a design arm of HUALI for prospect clients providing them with design and BOQs.

• ​Moving away from DENARCH was a professional call for a personal growth and diverse perspective. The creation of CDMD CONSTRUCTION SERVICES was a response from a farm inquiry involving technology application and improvement of facilities.
